WHAT REMAINS THE SAME?
SKU Numbers and UPC Codes: All SKU numbers and UPC codes will remain the same.
Performance: Elkay filters are made with activated carbon and are specifically designed to fit and have been certified for use within our drinking water products. All filters are self-contained replaceable cartridges, limiting exposure to contaminated media. Filter capacities will remain the same.
Compliance: Nationally recognized as the gold standard for evaluating and certifying drinking water treatment systems, all Elkay filters will continue to be tested and certified to NSF/ANSI standards to reduce certain contaminants from drinking water.
- NSF/ANSI 42 addresses non-health-related contaminants that may cause aesthetic
effects of drinking water, including chlorine taste and odor and Class I Particulates. - NSF/ANSI 53 addresses health-related contaminants such as lead and cysts, reducing these contaminants for cleaner, healthier water.
