Elkay strives to continuously improve and enhance our product offerings to provide a top-rate customer experience. In order to meet this goal, we have transitioned to a new filter design. This new design will be applicable to our entire filter portfolio. The product updates will provide consistency in filter size while maintaining current filter performance and compliance and improve the ease of filter installations and replacements.WHAT’S CHANGED?Filter Size: There is a 2-1/4" reduction in the length of the filter
Old size: 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" x 12"
New Size: 3-1/8" x 3-1/8" x 9-3/8"Reduction Claims: Cysts are now included in our filter reduction claims under NSF/ANSI 53 certification standards. These changes will be reflected in Elkay and Halsey Taylor product images, infographics, literature, installation guides, spec sheets, and drawings.WHAT REMAINS THE SAME?SKU Numbers and UPC Codes: All SKU numbers and UPC codes will remain the same.Performance: Elkay filters are made with activated carbon and are specifically designed to fit and have been certified for use within our drinking water products. All filters are self-contained replaceable cartridges, limiting exposure to contaminated media. Filter capacities will remain the same.Compliance: Nationally recognized as the gold standard for evaluating and certifying drinking water treatment systems, all Elkay filters will continue to be tested and certified to NSF/ANSI standards to reduce certain contaminants from drinking water.
